These terms apply to Rowmoss (https://rowmoss.pivlu.com), operated by Zijian Xiao (China). By creating an account or buying, you agree to them.
The service
Upload one supplier CSV, confirm title, SKU and price columns, and inspect a free preview. Preserve existing SKU zeros and explicitly convert European prices. Fix every error before unlocking one complete CSV with a file credit. Output is limited to new, single-variant draft products; you import it yourself.
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided "as is". Check important results before you rely on them.
Your account
Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record: Creem charges you, issues the invoice and handles sales tax or VAT. Credit packs do not expire while your account exists. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to upload content you have no right to use, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
What you upload or enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you. See our privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or on this page before they apply.
